6. Raleigh, NC – $213,200
7. Charlotte, NC – $192,800
8. Philadelphia, PA – $213,300
9. New Orleans, LA – $164,100
10. Colorado Springs, CO – $225,000
- The Bay Area market is now the hottest in the country, and prices have skyrocketed past their pre-crisis peak.
- At least for now, the median home prices are well below the U.S. average in Nashville, Columbus, Charlotte and New Orleans.
