SAN DIEGO (CNS) – Home sales in San Diego County jumped by 8.6 percent in April, compared to the same month a year ago, while prices rose by 2.4 percent, a real estate information service announced Wednesday.
A total of 3,559 homes changed hands locally last month, compared to 3,277 in April 2011, according to San Diego based DataQuick. The median price of a home in San Diego County in April was $329,500, up from $321,750 in April 2011. [Source: DataQuick]
