- Neat and tidy laundry area
- Laundry folded neatly and put away
- Walls and Door Frame
- Fingerprints removed
- Baseboards clean and dust-free
- Cobwebs removed
- Nail and thumbtack holes covered
- Cracks, chips, and leaks repaired
