The latest in single family attached homes such as condominiums and townhomes in North San Diego County.

The North San Diego County median-priced single-family attached (SFA) home rose 10.67 percent, to $350,000 in November 2013 from $316,250 in October 2013.  Non-North San Diego County SFA home median price declined 1.58 percent, from $285,000 in October 2013 to $280,500 in November 2013.

North San Diego County single-family attached median price increased 30.84 percent year-over, compared to $267,500 in November 2012, the 23rd month of a year-over price increases.  Non-North County SFA median year-over price increased 9.21 percent, compared to $256,850 in November 2012.

San Diego County SFA home median price increased 5.08 percent, to $310,000 in November 2013 from $295,000 in November 2013.  Year-over county median price increased 19.23 percent from November 2012.

The median number of days-on-market for North County single-family attached homes sold increased, to 28 days in November 2013 from 27 days in October 2013.  The average number of days-on-market decreased to 42 days in November 2013, from 45 days in October 2013.

attachedThe number of sold SFA units dropped 13.25 percent from October 2013 to November 2013; the number of sold SFA units in non-North County Zip Codes declined 23.95 percent from October 2013 to November 2013.

Year-over SFA sales in North San Diego County dropped 9.97 percent, compared to November 2012. Non-North County year-over sold units decreased 10.08, compared to November 2012. 

SFA listings (active and contingent) in North San Diego County decreased 6.98 percent in November 2013 from October 2013, and decreased 17.41 percent yearover compared to November 2012.

San Diego County single-family attached listings (active and contingent) decreased 6.31 percent in November 2013 from October 2013, and decreased 10.04 percent year-over compared to November 2012.
