One Cool Thing from the California Association of Realtors recently produced a survey about what makes the perfect luxe property?

What do buyers find is the most ultimate in luxury when it comes to a setting for their home? At least 69% of the time, it is all about the view!

Here is what the survey said about what type of view buyers preferred:

  • 41% of buyers prefer their property to be on a hilltop
  • 12% of buyers prefer their property to be in a mountainous area.
  • property1% of buyers prefer their property to be in or around a ski resort.
  • 4% of buyers prefer their property to be lakefront.
  • 16% of buyers prefer their property to be on a golf course
  • 28% of buyers prefer their property to have an ocean view.
  • 9% of buyers prefer their property to be in a resort area.
  • 19% of buyers prefer their property to be oceanfront.
