<h3>The Lawhead Team would like to share the HomeDex Report’s latest key points for North County housing from the California Association of Realtors.</h3>

<p><em><strong><span id="more-3910"></span>HomeDex</strong></em>® Key Points for July 2015</p>
<p>The median price for all North County home sales – attached and detached – increased to $549,000 in July 2015 compared to $541,000 in June 2015.</p>
<ul>
<li><a href="http://www.marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/HOA.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignleft wp-image-3173" src="http://www.marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/HOA-150x150.jpg" alt="homedex" width="176" height="176" /></a> Detached homes in North County increased 1.63 percent in July to $625,000, compared to $615,000 in June 2015. Year-over median SFD price increased 3.73 percent, compared to $602,500 reported in July 2014.</li>
<li> Detached home prices OUTSIDE North County decreased 0.64 percent to $497,500 in July 2015 compared to $500,725 in June 2015. Year-over non-North County median price increased 6.08 percent compared to $469,000 in July 2014.</li>
<li>Attached home prices in North County decreased 3.82 percent to $375,000 in July 2015 compared to $389,900 in June 2015. Year-over SFA North San Diego County median price increased 4.68 percent, compared to $358,250 in July 2014.</li>
<li>Non-North County attached home prices decreased 3.38 percent to $328,500 in July 2015 compared to $340,000 in June 2015. Year-over non-North County SFA median price increased 4.29 percent, compared to 315,000 in July 2014.</li>
<li>The number of North San Diego SFD listings (active and contingent) increased 6.81 percent in July 2015 compared to June 2015, and decreased 5.47 percent year-over compared to July 2014.</li>
<li>The number of sold North San Diego County SFD units decreased 0.18 percent in July 2015 compared to June 2015. Year-over sold SFD units jumped 36.41 percent compared to July 2014.</li>
<li>Median days-on-market for single-family detached homes sold in North County increased to 18 days in July 2015 compared to 17 days in June 2015.</li>
<li>The <em><strong>HomeDex</strong></em> affordability percentage for all homes in North San Diego County – attached and detached decreased to 31 percent in July 2015 compared to 32 percent June.</li>

<p><em><strong>HomeDex</strong> </em>keypoints for November 2014:</p>
<ul>
<li>The median price for all North County home sales – attached and detached – decreased to $485,000 in November 2014 compared to $508,250 in October 2014.</li>
<li><span id="more-3504"></span><a href="http://www.marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/San-Diego.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-3276" src="http://www.marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/San-Diego-150x150.jpg" alt="HomeDex" width="150" height="150" srcset="https://marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/San-Diego-150x150.jpg 150w, https://marilynlawhead.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/San-Diego-201x200.jpg 201w" sizes="(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px" /></a>Detached homes in North County remained constant at $565,000 in November 2014.</li>
<li>Year-over median price for SFD homes in North San Diego County increased 4.82 percent, compared to $539,000 in November 2013, continuing a trend of increasing median price beginning summer 2012.</li>
<li>Detached home prices OUTSIDE North County decreased 0.65 percent to $459,500 in November 2014 compared to $462,500 reported in October 2014. Year-over non-North County median price increased 7.11 percent compared to $429,000 in November 2013, continuing 32-months of year-over median price increases.</li>
<li>Attached home prices in North County decreased by 2.91 percent to $375,000 in November 2014 compared to $386,250 in October 2014. Year-over SFA North San Diego County median price increased 7.14 percent, compared to $350,000 in November 2013, continuing 34 straight months of year over price increases.</li>
<li>Non-North County attached home prices decreased 0.64 percent to $310,000 in November 2014 according to the <em><strong>HomeDex</strong> </em>report compared to $312,000 in October 2014. Year-over non-North County SFA median price increased 10.52 percent, compared to 280,500 in November 2013.</li>
<li>The number of North San Diego SFD listings (active and contingent) decreased 12.59 percent in November 2014 compared to October 2014, and jumped 17.49 percent year-over compared to November 2013.</li>
<li>The number of sold North San Diego County SFD units dropped 27.27 percent in November 2014 compared to October 2014. Year-over sold SFD units decreased 16.48 percent compared to November 2013.</li>
<li>Median days-on-market for single-family detached homes sold in North County decreased to 32 days in November 2014 compared to 34 days in October 2014.</li>
<li>The <em><strong>HomeDex</strong> </em>affordability percentage for all homes in North San Diego County – attached and detached – increased to 33 percent in November 2014 compared to 32 percent in October 2014.</li>
