  • In 2013, 37% of buyers found their home online.
  • In 2014, 39% of buyers found their home online. Out of that 39%, 91% of them used a mobile device to do so during their buying process!

  • 43% took photos of homes/amenities/neighborhoods.
  • 42% researched a particular home.
